Landlord Fees & Charges

When we introduce a tenant who enters into a tenancy with you the following fees and charges will be payable:

 

Letting Commission

Tenant Find  / Let Only Fee in accordance with Landlord Terms of Business

  • Sole Agency –8% incl VAT
  • Multi Agency –10% incl VAT

 

Rent Collection

Collecting and remitting rent received

  • 2 % incl VAT

 

Property Management

Fees taken in accordance with rent payments

  • 5% incl VAT

 

Tenancy Agreement Fee

For administration including tenant referencing, Right to Rent Checks and drawing up tenancy agreement

  • £275.00 incl VAT

 

Renewal of Tenancy Commission

If the tenancy is renewed with the Tenant in accordance with Landlord Terms of Business

  • Sole Agency 7% incl VAT
  • Multi Agency 9% incl VAT

 

Renewal Agreement Fee

For negotiating a renewal and drawing up a renewal agreement

  •  £0.00 incl VAT

 

Short Lets

Tenant Find / Let Only for tenancies under six months

  • 25% incl VAT

 

HMRC Tax Returns

For Non Resident Landlords

  • £200 incl VAT

 

Supervision of Major Work / Repairs

To arrange major works & refurbishment

  •  £75.00 per hour

 

Special Attendance

Court, Tribunals etc.

  • £130 per hour incl VAT

 

Selling the Property to the Tenant

Sales commission

  • 1% incl VAT

 

Deposit Registration

Registering deposits with MyDeposit Custodial

  • N/A

 

Landlord’s Withdrawal of Offer

  • Administration charge – £300 incl VAT
  • Tenants/ guarantor Reference charge – £0.00 incl VAT

 

Making Payments Outside UK

  • £30.00 incl VAT
