James Kei London is an independently owned company with two wholly engaged Directors who are fully knowledgeable and actively involved in the letting and sales of residential property.

Whilst there will always be room for shop front agencies, we have now learned this is not necessary. London is fast paced, people have less time and in this new generation of the digital world where information is available at the swipe of your phone, most applicants now do the same when searching for a new home.

I began my career over 16 years ago as a Residential Lettings and Sales agent in North London, primarily working in Finchley and its surrounding areas. As a result I have extensive experience and knowledge within the local market and there is not a corner of the local area that I do not know.

I pride myself in getting to know my applicants and being able to match them with the perfect property swiftly and nothing gives me greater pleasure than handing over keys to someone’s new home and knowing that I have done everything possible to ensure a smooth transaction for all parties.

Through my years of experience, I have learned that clients want much more than what high street agencies can offer. Clients desire a more personal interaction and I will offer exactly this.

I intend to personally handle every aspect from the marketing to the sale/letting of all properties.

For 9 years I have been specialising in Residential lettings with a focus on Japanese corporate clients in the North London area.

I believe people don’t just rent a property, they are looking for a home, so with that in mind I strive to give Landlords the right advice to help them improve and provide high standard rental properties to ensure a high standard of tenant.

By delivering an honest bespoke service, tailored to my clients needs I aim to provide the best customer service, the best properties and the best tenants.
